The apartment has been newly renovated and has a dark gray EBK. I rent one bedroom with a balcony, preferd to students. The subway station is only 4 minutes away and it is only 4 stops to the university. There are all the shops you need nearby. Of course also ATMs and restaurants. There is currently only one roommate but sometimes visitors come. A cat also lives here. A lot of emphasis is placed on cleanliness. This means that the room has to be cleaned and after cooking the kitchen has to be brought back to normal....
